Part time Video Game Design/3D Lego Design Teacher

C3 Cyber Club is an established company that teaches exciting kids computer classes for ages 6 to 14 years old like 3D Lego Design, Lego Robotics and Video Game Design for Public Schools as an after school program. We are the only company offering unique kids computer classes to the Loudoun, Fairfax & Arlington Counties. If your interested in video game design, programming, or 3D modeling and love kids, this is a great opportunity to get on board as our company continues to grow! Paid training and curriculms are provided. This is a great job for college students/part-timers interested in gaining teaching experience and learning more in this exciting field.

We are hiring several teachers for Rockville Md, Loudoun county and Fairfax county locations, entry level positions are available. Classes meet once a week at each school and run for 6 to 8 weeks. Teachers are often assigned to more than one site depending on their availability.

Duties
Teach 1 hour long classes at public schools in Loudoun, Fairfax & Arlington County.
Travel to our local storage offices in Ashburn or Fairfax to pick up equipment then travel to schools with your own reliable transportation.
Teach Game Design, 3D Lego Design or Lego Robotics class.
Set up 8-12 Laptops and equipment depending on class size

Qualifications
Loves working and teaching Kids
Must be very responsible and have reliable transportation
Work well independently
Has an interest in Game Design, 3D Modeling or Programming
Has experience with 3D Lego Digital Designer, Lego Mindstorm, or 3D Modeling Software a HUGE Plus
Has experience with Game Design software, such as Platinum Arts Sandbox a HUGE Plus
Have some child-care or teaching experience a HUGE plus

Teach 2-3 classes a week, typical hours are 2pm to 5pm depending on location.
This is a part-time contract job from Late February through June for our Spring session. More classes are available in our Summer and Fall session. Compensation is paid per class from $38 — $53 depending on class distance and travel time. Opportunities to teach for our year long evening and weekend classes are available.
