    About the position

    The Valet Parking Manager works directly with the General Manager and is responsible for all field operations.
    The Valet Parking Manager reports to the General Manager and is responsible for supervising day-to-day operations of all assigned locations. This position involves the training and support of an operations team. The Valet Parking Manager is responsible for ensuring the satisfaction of clients and customers, as well as successfully managing revenue controls.

    Responsibilities:

    • Responsible for all employee management aspects including uniform code compliance, delegation of daily duties, and diligently resolving problems that may arise.
    • Responsible for control of the company revenue, ensuring compliance with company regulations, damage claims, and ensuring that the operation runs properly 24 hours per day.
    • Process all customer complaints in a timely manner including damage claims.
    • Input payroll in a timely, consistent and accurate manner.
    • Act as a liaison between the Company and the client
    • Perform daily management and administrative functions.
    • Responsible for inventory and maintains adequate supplies for parking operations department.
    • Equipment maintenance and repairs
    • Understand, implement, and deliver all requirements that are outlined within the contractual agreement between Company and the client.
    • Attend operational, event, sales and budgeting meetings, analyzing the clients forecast to ensure appropriate levels of coverage.
    • Communicate with the Company’s accounting, administrative and human resources teams by providing payroll, financial and operational reports that are necessary to complete deliverables outlined in the contract between the company and the client.
    • Interviews candidates for all Valet Attendant positions and trains new hires
    • Make recommendations for hiring and terminating current employees.
    • Performs other duties as assigned.
    • Holds scheduled meetings with parking operations staff

    Other Important Responsibility:

    To assist Sales Manager with local Sales

    Job Requirements

    • 3 + Years of management experience in the hospitality industry — preferably with valet parking operations for hotels
    • Exceptional communication skills required
    • Experience working with financial statements/accounting, P&L reports and budgeting.
    • Strong computer skills.
    • Be able to maintain flexibility in schedule in order to meet operational needs. This may require occasionally working outside of regularly scheduled hours.
    • Strong problem-solving skills; solution oriented.
    • Strong time management/multi-tasking skills
