World IT Solutions is seeking bright, energetic writers with strong attention to detail to provide system level documentation. The successful candidates will maintain the Technical Architecture Specification Document and at least four other documents. Must be able to meet deadlines without sacrificing quality. The Technical Architecture Specification Document shall include, but not be limited to: PeopleSoft components, the purpose/use for each software component and product, internal and external interfaces, and Infrastructure Architectural Diagrams. Writers will interface with programmers and other technical personnel for input to the architect and design documents.
EDUCATION PROGRAM: Bachelor’s Degree in English, History, Science, or Technology (or equivalent experience)
YEARS OF EXPERIENCE: 5 to 7
SECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIRED: Yes
SECURITY CLEARANCE TYPE: DoD Secret (or ability to obtain)
REQUIRED SKILLS OR TRAINING:
• Must be able to think/act independently and meet all customer specified deliverable suspense dates
• Must be able to speak and write well
• Will be required to interact with both client and other contractors on a daily basis
• Must have excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
