We are actively seeking an aggressive, proactive Sales Recruiter. This results-oriented individual will manage key candidate relationships and campaigns, and must be able to comfortably interact with Internal Sales, Vice President and C Level Executives..
We are looking for only top-tier, A-level professionals who are motivated to increase their earnings and skilled in developing long-term strategic relationships, with a track record to prove it. We are looking for someone who loves to close the deal and has fun working through the highs and lows of the recruiting life cycle.
Requirements: 2-6 years of experience recruiting Quota Driven Sales people, ideally internal to the company they are working for. Companies with large Outside Sales forces that constantly recruit for sales people is the profile we are looking for.
Proven track record of generating new candidates through prospecting efforts and expanding opportunities through existing relationships. Recent history of placement achievement with large/medium companies are a must. Must be self-motivated, be a team player, and possess a high standard of integrity.
