Full P&L responsibility.

Hire, train, motivate and build brand through sales growth and reputation.

Required Experience:
1-2 years of senior assistant or GM at a high volume QSR or 2 years of full service management. P&L responsibility preferred but hiring, ordering, scheduling and food cost responsibility will be considered.

Assessment, background check and references will be checked extensively. Don’t start something you can’t finish.

Required Education:
Some College, culinary or strong management development experience required.

Compensation:
Base, strong bonus based on sales and profit and benefits.

Additional Comments:
High growth opportunities aren’t for everyone. Adapatability to constant change and a bias for action are mandatory. High integrity is too; with so much going on and changing only truth tellers survive.
