Applicant should meet ALL of the following criteria:

Have at least 2 years of experience in all stages of video production, particularly videography
Have experience shooting with HD cameras
Understand principles of lighting design
Understand techniques for proper audio recording
Be proficient with Final Cut Pro and associated software
Have previous experience shooting documentaries
Be hard working and willing to go the extra mile
Be personable, outgoing, energetic, and works well with others
Be a self-starter who can bring ideas to the table
Have experience in an office-type setting
Pay attention to details and operate with exacting standards
Be local to the Washington, DC area
Have access to transportation and be willing to travel outside of Washington for location shoots
Own video and lighting equipment

This position operates on a contractor/project basis. Hours will be determined in accordance with the work required for each project. Pay determined upon experience.
