Rockville-based start-up biotech company is seeking a full time entry level research assistant (RA) or intern. The ideal candidate should have a B.S. degree preferably on biology/medicine related disciplines. Experience with cloning, qPCR or adenovirus/AAV production is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities:
1. Subcloning of genes to viral vectors.
2. Follow SOP for Adenovirus/AAV packaging, amplification and titration.
3. Generation and maintaining mammalian cell line for virus packaging and production.
4. Customer service by answering customers’ inquires.
