Looking for people experienced in landlord/tenant matters to go to rent court in several counties in Maryland. Ideal applicant will have at least 5 years experience, will be even tempered, will be VERY computer savvy (scanning, texting, emails to cell phone A MUST), and will be a descent problem solver or at least smart enough to know what they dont know.
