We are seeking candidates with thorough knowledge and experience in overseeing a broad range of real estate and construction activities. These activities include construction estimation and acquisition of subcontractors, budgeting, real property management, design and architecture, facilities management and building operations, lease management, human capital management, portfolio management and billing activities as related to Rent Bill Management. Persons with background in supervising these activities for a federal agency are HIGHLY desirable.
