Real Estate Assistant (DMV)

Small boutique real estate firm looking to add a Real Estate Assistant to our team. We are looking for an individual who has real estate experience and transportation is a must along with a real estate salespersons license. Must be highly polished and have impeccable customer service skills. The selected candidate will be interfacing with sellers, buyers, vendors, settlement company’s, internal staff, etc.

Must be detail-oriented, a self starter, self motivated, committed and reliable. Strong organizational skills are a must with the ability to work willingly within team. Must possess strong verbal and written communication skills. Some of the expected duties Include:
Drafting Purchase Agreements
Interfacing with clients
Answering Phones and emails
Scheduling Appointments
Organizing and Maintaining Client Contact databases
Marketing development and support
Processing Paperwork
Weekend hours will occasionally be expected
Perform other such related duties
