Prior real estate experience is a plus, but not a requirement. By joining us, you are aligning yourself with the best organizations and individuals in residential real estate sales, leasing, and property management in the DC area. Opportunities available seven days a week – full-time, part-time, temporary, or short-term. This a great opportunity for those with prior real estate experience, those interested in gaining exposure to the real estate industry, licensed agents interested in supplementing their income, fully employed individuals interested in keeping busy on the weekends, others interested in part-time and temporary work.
Responsibilities will vary with each property, but a typical day may include:
* greeting guests
* directing property tours
* responding to resident and prospective resident questions
* maintaining property files
* answering phones
* compiling and maintaining community database
* scheduling move-ins, walk-throughs, settlements, or sales appointmentsCharacteristics of the ideal candidate include:
* professional, reliable, punctual, outgoing
* strong customer service skills
* ability to multi-task and operate in a fast-paced business environment
* team-player
* self-starter
