Hirestrategy is looking to fill two separate HR roles for a client located in a small office in Reston, VA. The two roles are listed below.
HR Manager:
-This Hirestrategy client is looking for an experienced HR Manager to work on Contract (long term and possible for hire later), Part Time.
-This person will be working about 15 hours a week, but could amount to more on some weeks.
-Compensation is dependent upon experience–the rate is hourly.
-Hirestrategy is looking to fill this role as soon as possible.
-The right candidate for this position will focus on general HR duties, which will include (but are not limited to) employee relations, benefits administration, administering new hire paperwork, some recruiting, and liase with payroll.
-7 years’ experience is required for this position.HR Generalist:
-The client is looking to fill an HR Generalist role, which is a contract position (long term and possible for hire later).
-They are looking for someone who can work 16-20 hours a week; the right person can set his or her own schedule as long as the work is accomplished in a timely and accurate manner
-The duties for this position will focus on general HR duties, which will include (but are not limited to) employee relations, benefits administration, administering new hire paperwork, some recruiting, and liase with payroll.
-Five years’ experience is required for this position.
