Busy and growing property management company in Northern Virginia in search of a property manager. We manage close to 700 residential properties throughout No.VA. Qualified applicants should be able to multi task wearing many hats. Should have excellent writing and communication skills. A willingness to learn, be trained and share your skill set. Strong customer service skills are a must. Our property managers handle 85-90 properties in their portfolio. Willing to work some evenings. Familiar with Appfolio a plus. Virginia Real Estate license is desired although not needed. Valid drivers license required. This is a full time position and office hours are 8:30 am to 5:00pm Monday thru Friday.
