Fairfax consulting firm seeks Program Manager / Management Consultant and to support Organizational Development contracts in all sectors. (Bachelors Degree required – MS/MBA preferred w/4-7 years experience in Project Management). Must have experience with managing us projects including developing workplans and managing teams, costs, and performance, and reporting. Must have a positive attitude, exceptional communication and English language skills, professionalism, dedication, and experience working with executives. Will be working with high-profile, high-exposure Programs.

Required skills: Demonstrated ability to successfully manage projects including using WBS and EVM in a high-profile, professional environment; Must be strong in English, grammar, and copy editing; strong planning and execution skills to anticipate needs, keep things on track in a constantly changing environment; attention to detail and accuracy; resourceful, flexible, strategic thinker; ability to work effectively independently, w/excellent computer, and interpersonal skills; Expert MS Office Outlook, Power Point, Excel, Project, and Word and other Project Management software. Applicants will be tested in the computer packages and in English editing skills during the interview process.

Required education and experience: Bachelors Degree required / Masters Degree preferred in a related field / plus 4-7 years working as a Project Manager; Project Management Certification a Plus. Requires ability to travel to DC clients and out of state.
