Oracle ERP Project Manger

The Project Manager will be responsible for an array of projects that cross multiple applications with a strong emphasis on Oracle E Business Suite and other internal applications.

Tasks & Activities

Independently manage Oracle EBS and other application projects
Obtain and document enhancement/project requests and participate in their prioritization
Manage the delivery of enhancement/projects, including but not limited to building project plans and
schedules, identifying and assigning resources, tracking and reporting progress; and, ultimately driving
projects to completion through timely and effective communication of project work and status to
project contributors and stakeholders
Collect and document business processes and requirements from users
Determine testing needs and manage end to end testing activities
Plan, coordinate and/or deliver user training when applicable
Determine and manage budgets that include any combination of internal and external resources
Work closely and effectively with business teams, development teams and QA teams as needed
Participate in vendor selection processes and manage the relationships of 3rd party
applications/vendors

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree required
5-10 years of experience
Strong verbal & written communication skills, must be able to facilitate meetings & write technically oriented documents
Previous Business Analysis or Project Management experience required
Previous experience managing others required
Previous experience in software development projects required
Previous Oracle EBS experience
