Office Assistant Position (Gaithersburg, MD)

  • Office Assistant-Receptionist

    Position type: Part-time (20 hours per week to Full-time in the near future).

    Expected hours to work: 12 noon — 4 p.m. (Monday — Friday). Flexible schedule is required.

    Requirements:

    A. Be a team player.
    B. Be willing to go the extra mile to achieve the goals.
    C. Great personality.
    D. Bilingual (Spanish-English).
    E. Have reliable legal transportation.
    F. Experience in working in an office environment.
    G. Customer service experience.
    H. Excellent computer skills.
    I. High school degree — Associates degree preferred.

    Duties:

    1. Report to Senior Office Assistant.
    2. Answer client calls.
    3. Call clients to remind/confirm next day cleaning Schedule.
    4. Set up keys for next day’s Schedule.
    5. Check company messages on the telephone.
    6. Help maintain Service CEO client information update.
    7. Provide support to the crews via the radio and/or telephone,
    8. Provide support by responding to clients’ questions.
    9. Take equipment to crews at jobsite whenever needed.
    10.Other duties as assigned.
