IOMAXIS has an immediate opening for a network controller to
provide continuous on-site proactive monitoring of mission essential communication sites and systems.

Duties:
Execute all monitoring and fault isolation functions as required to identify and restore system impairments. Provide Tier-I level support for network sites and systems and accurately report and record system events in a master station log. Maintain and acquire additional technical proficiency in support of new hardware and software releases, changes to operational concepts, product upgrades, and deployment of new technologies. Provide system performance analysis support; update and keep current performance Standard Operating Procedures as needed. Provide system reporting and proper notification of degradation in performance of monitored systems as required. Identify potential performance problems, provide up-channel notification, and where possible, recommend solutions, and document results.

Requirements:
Eligible for up to Top Secret/ SCI clearance

0-2 years networking experience:
- Designing, configuring, managing and monitoring data, voice and or video networks.
- Switches, routers, load balancers, DNS, firewalls, DMZ, VPN, IDS, IPS, network monitoring tools, network debugging tools, VoIP telephony infrastructure and call management solutions.
