PPFA is looking for a high-energy Level II Systems Technician that will provide leadership in the DC office and partner with the DC – IT Manager in developing and delivering high level employee training, a strategic view of technology budgets, proactive technology acquisition strategies and stewardship of supporting technology as a strategic resource in the DC office. The Technician ensures proper computer system operations on Macintosh OS X and Windows platforms and manages configurations and support for servers/networking/storage, data center, AV and audio/web/video conferencing for the DC office in accordance with company technical standards.
