Need a lawyer to assist Pro SE on an as needed basis or to handle most of case for business litigation- the case has already been filed in the 11th judicial court in Miami (case 11-8013 judge Diane ward presiding) Will need to file a parallel case in northern Virginia area (the company is an s corporation formed in Virgina and is operating as a foreign corporation in Florida) this parallel suit will be to sue a 50% s corporation owner brought by the other 50% owner for self dealing the company’s trade secrets in direct competition to the s corporation and other violations of fiduciary duty and unjust enrichment. the pleadings,interrogatories,requests for admissions and production of documents are already done in miami and now the parallel documents need to be filed in Virginia. the discovery is being held up in Florida and filing in Virginia will provide another avenue of attack and additionally several witnesses and document custodians are located there. experience in emergency injunctions a plus.
