Seeking an analyst with Federal time and attendance systems analysis and support experience specifically Kronos webTA.

MUST HAVE:
• Senior level knowledge of Federal Time and Attendance requirements including Kronos WebTA environment.
• Ability to brief and train users on how to use webTA system and address any operational errors
• Ability to analyze , diagnose and research reported webTA errors in finding a resolution
• Skill in providing direct service to supervisors and employees at all levels in a responsive and cooperative fashion
