IT Recruiter (Sterling, VA)

We are a successful Software Consulting and Recruiting firm with a 17+ year track record of success. We are looking for the right recruiter to join our team. We pride ourselves in being able to find the ‘difficult to find IT Professional’. We meet and exceed challenges.

Your role as a recruiter will be to find good quality IT Developers, Database Administrators, Programmer/Analysts and Project Managers using our proprietary database, on-line subscription databases, referrals and creative sourcing. You will manage the candidate relationship from finding candidates, to interview prep, offer presentation, acceptance and start-date coordination.

This is 100% recruiting position with NO SALES involved!

You will receive a salary plus a generous commission plan based on candidates placed.

Requirements:
• 1+ years technical recruiting experience
• Strong Communications desired
• Full lifecycle CANDIDATE management including identification, interview preparation and closing.
• Experience with internet recruiting tools, networking, and direct headhunting as well as staying uptodate on current industry trends.
• Location: Sterling, VA
• Compensation: market
