Full time, direct placement position with the corporate office of a small but growing organization. Client prefers candidate have experience and want to continue development in a small-medium work environment. Will manage all IT functions including research, planning and implementation of policies, software, and hardware. Windows environment. You will support two physical locations; and several persons working in remote locations. Must be strong communicator who can explain technical issues to non-technical persons. Must remain current of technology trends. Bachelor degree required. A+ and MCP preferred. Ideally, you will have a stable work history that includes at least 5-years of help desk and LAN support experience, and a minimum of 3-years supervising and managing direct reports. At the Baltimore county site, you will supervise a network specialist and a help desk person. You will report to executive VP. Minimal travel.
