      Why We’re Great:

Hi, we’re PointAbout, the top mobile application development company on the East Coast.

We’ve done iPad projects for Disney and Newsweek, and just a few of our popular iPhone apps include The Washington Post, Cars.com, Slate, Kohl’s, PBS, Hitfix and Politico.

We also just launched AppMakr, a self-service tool for anyone to make an iPhone app. AppMakr users have made over 5,400 apps in the last 10 weeks. It was recently featured in The Wall Street Journal (x2), CNET, CrunchGear, MobileCrunch, Mashable, Seth Godin, Robert Scoble (Scobleizer), Guy Kawasaki and others.

Now we’re looking to hire Windows Mobile developers for our growing team.

      Why You’re Great:

We’re looking for superbly capable, can-figure-problems-out-on-your-own types who love doing progressive work. We have immediate projects with top brands (Fortune 500 & big media brands) and government agencies. We especially need developers with the following skills:

    • Windows Mobile
    • .NET
    • Silverlight
    • Azure
    • Expression Blend

Please tell us about your exact skills in our developer skillset form.

We provide free lunch every Thursday (with more days coming as we grow) and we like to take great care of our employees.

If you’re not in DC, we might all agree to move you here. Some of our projects may require on-site work, which you can let us know if you’re willing to do in our developer skillset form.

      The Experience:

You’ll be working on very high profile projects, like the Cars.com app or the Obama Inauguration app for which we won a Webby.

We are also ramping up a comprehensive benefits package, and we pay well, based on experience of course We do dev days with our developers as well as host evening events with the Android/iPhone Meetup group and others. In short, we’re a growing company with a great culture, and we need a few good Windows Mobile developers to round out the team.
