40 HOURS/WEEK * ROTATING SHIFTS EVERY 6 MONTHS * ONE COORDINATOR PER DAY/SWING SHIFT (24/7 OPERATIONS)

We are looking to fill a full-time position to staff our 24×7 Global Security Operations Center at our corporate headquarters in Culver City, CA. This position will service upper echelon clients and members of our executive staff.

You will be required to assist the GSOC operators in their daily tasks, institute quality control mechanisms, and initiate and undertake long-term projects, Responsibilities will span administrative, technical, service, and other duties. Experience in analytical and/or intelligence work preferred.

You must have demonstrated experience/knowledge in the following:

• Superior written and spoken communication skills — in addition to a verbal interview, a writing sample may be required.
• Moderate computer operation, including Word, Excel, Internet Browsing, and the ability to quickly understand proprietary systems.
• Customer service — We require someone with a proactive need to supply the upmost in assistance and service.

You must be able to demonstrate understanding or experience of ONE or more of the following:

• Graduate level education (extra consideration for Political Science, International Relations, Communications, and Criminal Justice Degrees.)
• OR College level education + minimum 4 years experience (extra consideration for Political Science, International Relations, Communications, and Criminal Justice Degrees.)
• Advanced research and intelligence gathering techniques
• Management experience

Other requirements:

• High attention to detail.
• The ability to work independently and problem solve with limited guidance.
• A highly flexible schedule, coordinators must be able to work additional time as required by operations and step in for operators when necessary.
• All coordinators will be required to rotate shifts (DAY-SWING) every 6 months.
• Understanding of Salesforce.com CRM preferred
• Bi-lingual preferred (extra consideration for Chinese, Portuguese, or Hindi)
• SOC experience is desired.
