<p>You will be considered for this position by demonstrating these minimum qualifications: </p>
<p>ENGINEERS &#8211; at least 2 years of land development engineering experience<br />
•	Effective communication with clients, employees, review agencies and consultants<br />
•	In-depth knowledge of jurisdictional ordinances, procedures and processing<br />
•	Proficient with computer applications and design software such as AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, Haestad, PondPack, HEC-RAS, etc.</p>
<p>MANAGERS &#8211; at least 5 years of land development engineering experience, PE Desired<br />
•	Effective communication with clients, employees, review agencies and consultants<br />
•	In-depth knowledge of jurisdictional ordinances, procedures and processing<br />
•	Proficient with computer applications and design software such as AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, Haestad, PondPack, HEC-RAS, etc.<br />
•	Management of projects from initial conceptual plans through completion of construction and revisions<br />
•	Ability to provide direction, guidance and delegation of assignments. <br />
•	Administration of contracts, budgets and schedules</p>
<p>SURVEYOR &#8211; at least 5 years experience, LS Desired<br />
•	FIELD &#8212; must conduct boundary surveys, topography surveys, construction stakeout, ALTA surveys, as-builts, etc.<br />
•	OFFICE &#8212; develop and review cutsheets, plat development and lot grading is a plus<br />
•	complete knowledge of GPS, Robotic Instruments, Data Collection, and equipment operation<br />
•	experience with Carlson, Starnet, Leica TPS and Leica GPS equipment<br />
•	CLEAN DRIVING RECORD</p>

<p>DUTIES </p>
<p>PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES </p>
<p>• Operate office equipment such as fax machines, copiers, and phone systems, and use computers for spreadsheet, word processing, database management, and other applications. <br />
• Answer telephones and give information to callers, take messages, or transfer calls to appropriate individuals. <br />
• Greet visitors or callers and handle their inquiries or direct them to the appropriate persons according to their needs. <br />
• Set up and maintain paper and electronic filing systems for records, correspondence, and other material.  <br />
• Review work done by others to check for correct spelling and grammar, ensure that company format policies are followed, and recommend revisions. <br />
• Compose, type, and distribute meeting notes, routine correspondence, and reports. <br />
• Support executives in project based work. </p>
<p>QUALIFICATIONS </p>
<p>KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS </p>
<p>• Bilingual a plus<br />
• Three to five years of clerical experience <br />

<p>JOB DESCRIPTION: The Project Associate provides project coordination and communications support to MedRed staff.  Specific duties include, but are not limited to:</p>
<p>
Marketing/Writing<br />
•	Assists in the development of marketing materials and promotional packets<br />
•	Gathers and edit company and product content for inclusion in marketing materials<br />
•	Composes administrative correspondence and drafts (external and internal) such as memos, letters, reports, presentations, agendas, meeting materials, minutes. Material frequently confidential in nature. <br />
•	Reviews and processes incoming correspondence. Prepares responses or materials.</p>
<p>Project  Support<br />
•	Assists in the development of policies and procedures. <br />
•	Involved in project and deliverables tracking throughout the implementation phase. <br />
•	Monitors the status of agreements and contracts, reporting discrepancies to management. <br />
•	Prepares and distributes minutes and action item summaries. <br />
•	Organizes a variety of regular and special committee meetings, preparing any required materials. <br />
•	Reviews and processes incoming correspondence. Prepares responses or materials. <br />
•	Assists with database management. <br />
•	Provides clerical support as necessary.</p>
<p>Experience<br />
•	Undergraduate degree required<br />
•	Computer proficiency in a windows environment using MS Office, spreadsheets and databases. <br />
•	Exceptional interpersonal, organizational and communication skills, integrity, respect for confidentiality, sound judgment and decision making skills<br />
•	Strong written and oral communication skills <br />
•	Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and multi-task<br />
•	Self-motivated and able to grasp new concepts quickly </p>

<p>Typical duties include:</p>
<p>Properly direct all phone calls  <br />
Process all billing and receiving transactions . Entering all financial data into Quickbooks.<br />
Data processing of faxes, quotes, orders, filing<br />
Process daily attendance, recording payroll.<br />
Ensure files are up to date and papers and files are clearly marked for easy access<br />
Review submitted work request, highlight billable items before work is performed<br />
Marketing as well as other administrative duties as assigned.<br />
 Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word as well as Quickbooks..</p>

<p>We are currently seeking a Business Operations Intern to join our team. This<br />
is a full-time, entry-level position whose primary role is to provide<br />
accounting/administrative support by assisting with all tasks related to<br />
pre-collections for ESI courses.  This is an exceptional opportunity to gain<br />
valuable corporate experience and contribute to the successful launch of ESI<br />
courses throughout the world.</p>
<p><b>Key Responsibilities</b></p>
<li>Contact students daily regarding payment and logistics for courses scheduled</li>
<li>Provide administrative support to the Accounts Receivables Informa Support </li>
<li>Services team</li>
<li>Perform data entry of client and open enrollment courses</li>
<li>Manage quality assurance of data entry</li>
<li>Perform other duties and tasks as assigned</li>
<p>
<b>Required Skills</b></p>
<li>Excellent communications, interpersonal and organizational skills</li>
<li>Demonstrated advanced knowledge of Excel, Word, &amp; Power Point</li>
<li>Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines</li>
<li>Proven attention to details</li>
<p>
<b>Required Experience</b></p>
<li>Currently pursuing a college degree, recent college graduate, or equivalent work<br />
experience</li>
