EXPLOSIVE PERFORMANCE TRAINER

Job Description

Next Level Fitness & Performance is seeking Explosive Performance (athlete training) Fitness Instructors who are responsible for assisting in providing professional fitness instruction and programming that significantly contributes to each member’s health and fitness goals. Instructors assist to design fitness programs, perform fitness testing and assist in equipment maintenance and cleanliness. The Fitness Instructor provides exceptional services to all customers; members, guests and staff.

Major Duties and Responsibilities
· Greet current and potential clients; client interaction
· Detailed knowledge of training programs and the ability to communicate that knowledge to current and potential clients
· Execute individual exercise plans and group workouts in a safe and effective manner
· Maintain a safe and effective fitness environment
· Conduct evaluations on potential and current clients to track progress
· Be a Leader

Required Skills
· A Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Physiology or a related field is preferred, or proof of enrollment in a fitness related degree program.
· Experience and demonstrated knowledge in fitness instruction.
· Personal, outgoing and motivating personality: Ability to work well with people.
· Current CPR certification
· Ability to communicate effectively
· Ability to remain flexible in order to adapt to changing work environments
· Ability to study and apply new information
· Exhibit a professional and polite appearance and demeanor
· Must have outgoing coaching personality and be willing to learn. Requires a passionate, positive, focused and driven
