Growing tour company needs a “quarterback” to command and control 4-5 buses to pickup at approximately 25 hotels in the Greater DC/MD/VA area. Job also involves managing office employees who keep track of sales, ridership, and answer calls from hotels making tour reservations.

Dispatching experience a plus.

Must have a high school diploma, have a good knowledge of the DC Area, and have a clean criminal record.

We are looking for the top people who can make complicated decisions about how to most efficiently pick up passengers scattered across the greater DC/MD/VA area and get them to the National Mall. You must be a quick thinker, have a good knowledge of the DC Area, understand how to read maps and manage traffic. Multi-tasking skills are a must so that you can manage multiple pickup routes simultaneously. You must have the ability to learn from your mistakes and make different decisions the second time around. Good management and customer service skills are critical to success in this position.
