Desktop Support Technician

5 years of IT experience with 3 of them being a Desktop Support Technician. Experience with performing general maintenance tasks, troubleshooting and repairing computer systems and equipment. Also, must be able to maintain spare parts inventory system, subsystem and component parts used in repair work.

Must have the following certifications:

- A+, MCSE, DCSE, HDI, ITIL, MCDST
