We are a well established government contractor based in Northern Virginia looking for computer help-desk support engineer.
This is a full time, regular, salaried position with benefits. Salary will be based on individual qualifications and experience.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide help-desk technical support to company staff of around 150 users running Windows XP & 7
Investigate, analyze, and resolve software, hardware, and systems connectivity problems;
Install and support new workstations, laptops and smart phones;
Collaborate with outside support engineers
Provide remote and onsite computer support using various desktop tools;
Build and maintain positive working relationships with employees;
Take initiative to resolve problems and assure tasks are completed in the most effective manner;
Research and resolve unexpected problems;Please send resume with salary requirements.
