Domaso Restaurant at the Hotel Palomar in Arlington is looking for a Banquet Chef. The ideal candidate will have banquet experience from creating attractive displays, buffets, plated dinners, and appetizers for receptions. The candidate should be able to read a BEO and have excellent time management skills. Management experience is not required but preffered. Candidate should be able to show a steady track of progression and stability on their resume. Full availability (nights and weekends) is required for this job. The hours are based on how the banquets come in. This is a WORKING CHEF position. You will be cooking with a team you lead and develop. If you think you can carry a clipboard around all day and take the occasional facebook break, this is not the job for you.
