Assistant Construction Project Manger (Washington, DC)

This position will focus on creating and maintaining project documentation for multiple construction projects for primarily private and governmental sector clients.
Documentation creation and maintenance will include template creation and modifications to existing templates, letter and memo writing, creating and maintaining various spreadsheets, creating and maintaining meeting agenda and meeting minutes, reviewing field reports for accuracy, issuing and tracking subcontract agreements, detailed approval process involving submission documents including architectural and mep submittals, creation and maintenance of change order logs, and creation of maintenance of other various project logs including RFI logs.
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and other construction documents.
Inclusive of the duties of this position will include preparation of marketing and bid packages.
Superior skills in both written and verbal communications. Exemplary ability to multi-task is a must. Organizational skills must be superior.
Must be proficient with most MS software applications and Adobe.
